  • Where is the store based?

    Singapore, Singapore

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Definitely! Currently we use Singpost / Speedpost for shipping as we are based in Singapore, if there is any particular shipping service you'd prefer, drop us an email and we will let you know the rates/payment method. (Payment for alternative shipping services will need to be made via PayPal)

    Please note that all items are sold on a first pay first serve basis.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All non pre-order items are shipped out in 1-3 working days. How long it would take depends on the country and shipping method, (You can view the estimated number of days on the check-out page after selecting your country)

  • I have not received my order!

    For overseas buyers:
    All orders are registered and shipped with a tracking number. Please contact your local post office for details. Occasionally, packages may get delayed, we would appreciate your understanding.

    For local buyers (Singapore):
    We are not liable for loss of any mail if it is mailed via Unregistered/Normal Mail, however we are happy to assist you if you need any additional information when contacting Singpost about it.

  • Can I request for a faster shipping method?

    Yes you can!

    The fastest shipping methods I can provide ( That's not listed on the Storenvy site ), are:

    DHL Express & Speedpost Express.
    (E.g 2-4 days from Singapore to the US, may take slightly less time or more time depending on other countries.)

    Which will cost approximately $100 USD or more depending on the order, please let me know if you would like to ship using these methods. Please note that all items are sold on a first pay first serve basis.

  • Do you offer plus-sizes?

    Yes, for made-to-order items such as shirts and shorts!

  • Can I contact you for wholesale/retailer purposes?

  • The item I like is sold out!

  • Can I pay with bank transfer or DBS PayLah / PayNow? (Singapore only)

    Sure! Do send me an email or message me on Instagram so I can reserve the items for you first before you make payment!

  • Can I modify the value stated on the parcel?

    Sure, just leave a note in the customer requests section when making your order. :)

  • My package has not arrived yet!

    Currently due to world-wide COVID-19 related issues, many postal services have been badly affected, causing huge delays.
    Kindly send us an email as well, and we will try our best to contact the courier service we use regarding the status of your package.
